AIRISSE Warranty, Returns & Shipping

Welcome to AIRISSE. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using AIRISSE services, you agree to our Terms of Service ("Terms") which govern your rights and obligations.

Acceptance of Terms

Your use of our website, products, or services constitutes acceptance of these Terms. AIRISSE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates your agreement to the updated Terms.

This Warranty, Returns & Shipping Policy explains how we support you before, during, and after purchase and is subject to the Terms of Service.


Warranty

Coverage
All AIRISSE products include a 2-year limited factory warranty from the original purchase date, covering defects in materials or technical faults under normal household use. Coverage applies only to products purchased from AIRISSE or authorised retail partners.

Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:

Misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper storage.

Cosmetic wear, scratches, or normal use.

Unauthorised modifications, repairs, or alterations.

Operation outside specified voltage or with incompatible adapters.

Non-AIRISSE accessories or parts.

Commercial or salon use.

Damage from extreme environmental conditions.

Consumable parts subject to normal wear.

Remedy
For confirmed defects, AIRISSE may replace or refund the product at its discretion, limited to the purchase price.

Claims
To submit a claim, email clientcare@airissehair.com with proof of purchase, order number, and a description of the issue. Photos or videos may be requested.


Returns

Eligibility
If you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 14 days of delivery. Products must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and attachments in re-saleable condition.

Defective Products
Confirmed defective items returned within 14 days will be replaced or refunded, with return shipping covered by AIRISSE.

Change of Mind
Returns for reasons other than defect are accepted within 14 days. Clients are responsible for return shipping.

Process
Email clientcare@airissehair.com with proof of purchase, order number, and reason for return. Photos or videos may be requested. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned product.


Shipping

Standard Delivery
Standard international delivery is included with purchase. Times vary by destination and may be affected by customs.

Express Delivery
Express international delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee. Times vary by destination and may be affected by customs.

Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you once the product is with the carrier. AIRISSE is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss in transit caused by (and not limited to) natural disasters, carrier disruptions, strikes, or customs issues.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. While AIRISSE serves customers worldwide, Canadian law applies to the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms.
